Any new employee who joins the organization will be given an induction program that provides information about the organization and department wise training available.

Sometimes, organizations provide training to their employees, such as yoga day training, quality training, and so on.

The following training is provided to employees:

  1. Corporate training
  2. HR induction training
  3. Functional training

New employee creation​

When a new employee joins, they need to register in the LMS.

  1. Click on + Add New (Bottom Right on Home Page Screen)
  2. Click on New Employee Icon

You will need to fill in the necessary details for the new employee, such as their name, address, phone number, date of birth, user type, and so on. Once you have filled in all of the details, click on create. new employee module

New Batch Creation​

Definition of Batch: Trainer can add multiple trainees together in one batch, and this batches can be mapped while creating a session/course.

  1. Click on + Add New (Bottom Right on Home Page Screen)
  2. Click on New Batch Icon New Batch Creation

  1. If you want to create a New Batch "Click on New Batch" and Enter the Batch Name
  2. Click on Add Trainee
  3. Select Batch Name from dropdown list

stand-alone webinar sessions​

To give training to new employees, we need to create stand-alone webinar sessions in LMS.

The following sections need to be filled out for stand-alone webinars:

  1. Topic Name (also known as Training Name)
  2. Assessment (Yes/No)
  3. Care center, Trainer Name, Training Type
  4. Session Type
  5. Schedule Date/Time
  6. Add Trainees or Batches

Session Type​

There are two types of sessions available:

  1. Webinar
  2. Seminar/Calss Room

Webinar: A webinar is a meeting that is held online. The meeting link is provided in webinar, and they can join the session from anywhere.

Seminar/Classroom: A seminar or classroom session is a meeting that is held in person. The trainer needs to provide the meeting location, and the trainees need to attend the session in person.
