Physio Case Sheet

Based on the service booked by the patient Physio need to fill the case sheet.

Nursing Supervisor Case Sheet

Nursing supervisor need to create a care plan for the service booked by the patient.

To create a care plan Nursing supervisor need check in the appointment and click on 'Select Task Group'.

Select the task from available list that are required for the Patient.

Now click on the action to schedule the task for the required day.

Now update the status to ‘Complete’ to check out and save the care plan.

Nurse Case Sheet

Everyday Nurse has to record all the service provided to the patient based on the care plan given by the nursing supervisor for which a case sheet need to be filled.

Nurse as to check-in the appointment to fill the case sheet.
