Assessment

At One Click you can book a Clinical Assessment | Site Assessment | Physiotherapy Assessment.

Add Assessment

1. Click on Update Status on the top right side
2. Click on Assess
3. Select type of Assessment (Clinical Assessment | Site Assessment | Lead Physiotherapy Assessment)
4. Select Start Date
5. Select Preffered Time from (Eg: 10 AM)
6. Select Slot Time To (Eg: 1 PM)
7. Click on Submit
8. Click on Proceed

Assign Assessments

1. SD Team need to filter the booking with "Pending Assessment"
2. Open the booking
3. Against the Assessment Secction - Click on Assign
4. Select the provider
5. Select the slot from the calendar (Link: How to Create Calendar)
6. Click on "Book an Appointment"
7. System will automatically updates the status to "Pending Assessment"

View Assessment Appointments

1. URL: Stage (URL: ), Live (URL: )
2. Provider will click on "My Appointments"
3. Clicks on View Details
4. Clicks on "Checkin"
5. Fills the form
6. Fills the Recommendations, which flows back to booking so that PRE/Integrator will able to view the recommendatations and the form filled by the provider
7. Clicks on "Complete"
8. System will automatically updates the status to "Assessment Completed"
