Extend

Extension of service will be active post completion of one fulfillment
Extend will be a new order (Flow will start again from Created) and new list of fulfillments will be created

Extend In Status​

  1. In update status you will be able to view the "Extend", this will be active only when the status is in service in progress (Post any fulfillment)

  2. If Patient is already taking a service and he is in requirement of another service then you can add the other services by clicking on the button “Extend” in update status.

Extend New Order​

  1. Once “Extend” is clicked and confirmed, a new order will be active in which search bar is opend for adding the new services, equipments and labs.

  2. The Status will be changed again from "Service In Progress" to "Created"

  3. Refer to Orders on how to add SKU

Extend Billing​

  1. Once services are added update the status to “Confirm” that will proceed for the payment collection. Calender Creation
